Our 2024 Annual Trails Homeowner's Association Annual Meeting was held Sunday March 3rd at 3:00pm via an online ZOOM meeting.
THOA residents were sent a link by Email to the Email address they have on file with The Trails HOA.
We will be voted on Board Members, reviewed our 2023 results and approved a Budget for 2024. Please make plans to join us next year!

Annual Meetings usually fall near the end of February or first week of March each year.
If you can not attend this year or for future meetings, please give this Proxy Assignment to a homeowner or Board member that can represent you at the meeting. Check this site for information on the Annual Meeting (Documents section).
