Our 2026 Annual Trails Homeowner's Association Annual Meeting will be held Sunday March 1st at 3:00pm at 4413 West Kent Circle and via an online ZOOM meeting.
If you wish to participate via the ZOOM link, THOA residents will be sent a link by Email to the Email address they have on file on the THOA website.
We will be voting on Board Members and an amendment to reduce the size of the Board from 9 members to 5 members, reviewing our 2025 financial results and approving a Budget for 2026. Please make plans to join us!

Annual Meetings usually fall near the end of February or first week of March each year.
If you can not attend this year or for future meetings, please give this Proxy Assignment to a homeowner or Board member that can represent you at the meeting. Check this site for information on the Annual Meeting (Documents section).
